After breakfast at your hotel, we set off for Tay Ninh to visit the remarkable Cao Dai Temple. Known for its striking architecture and vivid colors, this is where devotees gather each day for the sacred noon ceremony. You will have the chance to observe this unique spiritual ritual and learn about the beliefs that shape the Cao Dai faith.
Our journey then continues to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels - an extraordinary network of underground passages built and used during the wartime years. As you walk through some of these historic tunnels, you will gain a deeper appreciation for the resilience, ingenuity, and determination that defined life during those challenging times.
We return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast at your hotel, we depart for Ben Tre, where the gentle beauty of the Mekong Delta unfolds. Step aboard for a boat trip along the Mekong River, letting the river breeze and lush scenery welcome you to this peaceful corner of Southern Vietnam.
Along the way, we stop to visit traditional workshops, where you can watch artisans craft coconut candy and learn about the time‑honored techniques behind this sweet specialty. You will also discover the well‑known furnace of Mr. Tu Lo, a glimpse into local craftsmanship that has been passed down for generations.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, giving you a taste of fresh regional flavors. In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely tuk tuk ride through rice fields and verdant plantations, where the daily rhythms of rural life gently unfold around you.
We then return to the pier and transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City, carrying with us the serene images and warm memories of the Mekong Delta.
