Begin the day exploring the highlights of Ho Chi Minh City. Visit the Independence Palace, a historic site that played a pivotal role in Vietnam’s modern history. Continue to the Central Post Office, an elegant example of colonial architecture with intricate bas-reliefs, and Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, a beautiful Catholic church dating back to the colonial era.
In the afternoon, visit the War Remnants Museum, where exhibits and photographs trace significant events of the war and the global movement for peace. If time permits, enjoy a stroll through Ben Thanh Market to experience the city’s vibrant daily life. Return to your hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
After breakfast, depart for Tay Ninh to visit the Cao Dai Temple, famous for its colorful architecture and the unique noon ceremony attended by devotees. Lunch at a local restaurant (not included).
